Service Description

As we mature, our need for mental and physical stimulation only increases. But for older adults, it’s important that any chosen activity is both appropriate and safe. Therefore, I have created a series of classes just for older adults, those 65 and over, that are both engaging and accessible for this growing population. If you haven't tried yoga, do it! The benefits of yoga include: - Enhance balance, flexibility, mobility and strength - Strengthen bones - Alleviate aches and pains - Reduce stress - Improve sleeping habits - Lessen the risk for depression Online/virtual and In-person Sessions Coronavirus (COVID-19) Vaccinated
